About
Colleen Watts
Founder, Plumb Line Bookkeeping + Advisory
With nearly 20 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, program strategy, grants management, and financial operations, I founded Plumb Line Bookkeeping + Advisory. My goal: to give mission-driven organizations access to the kind of financial partnership that usually only comes with a full-time hire.
My career spans direct service, philanthropy, and organizational leadership. I’ve managed grant portfolios, led complex financial operations through times of transition, and spent years building the systems and processes that help organizations run with more clarity and less chaos. I know what it’s like to be on your side of the table and I know how much it matters to have financial information you can actually trust.
When I’m not working, you might find me cooking or baking, hiking in the Wissahickon, or planning our next camping getaway. I live in the East Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia with my husband, daughter, dog, and cat.
